Imo you should stop all that, eat healthy and drink only sparkling water or diet stuff to cope with alcohol addiction.
You can also get rid of your nicotine addiction by gradually smoking something else, less violent on the body, like chamomille, mugwort etc.

For the sun always protect your head and neck with a large protective hat and sunglasses to avoid sunstrokes and instead get your arms and legs naked to get sun benefits

Yeah I only go out from 8to12 then 16 to night time. The air feels dirty.
