not pity post i jus wanna see if u guys think im over reacting or this isnt normal

cba to write lots so ill do quick summary

schizophrenic mother hated me as baby due to delusions
she is in psych ward rn havent seen her in months
dad doesnt let me go outside often
never had real converstation with mother
never had any positive words from dad
im flat affect autism and my dad puts me in situations where i get severely overstimulated so he can try and fix it

bla bla bla lots more

beside move out anyone have any advice
