Indians are highly intolerant to women dressing in such way. Indian dudes are not used to see such women. Indian females feel jealous of white females. Still lots of white people are coming to Goa. Don't know who is gonna tell them.

I have never been to Goa but still many guys go there to ogle at bikini clad women who are mostly cumskins.

Majority of tourists in Goa are either Russian or Israeli. Maybe they consider India as a friendly country and have better access to India.
