my jobs messing up my progress

I got a job over the summer that I currently still have and its genuinely been fucking me over. The first shift I had there I came home and my hair felt greasy, I wake up the next day and I started getting acne. The place is also crazy unsanitary people will go straight from doing the dishes without gloves to making food and worse. I wanna quit but I can use the money to save up for surgery and I could just get another job but the issue is I'm not sure if I'll be able to.

Just hold on that job till you have the money for the surgery then quit and do a crazy lock in since you will also have the structure.
