I'm starting off at 175 cm at 17 (close to 177 in the morning)
For one year I'll do some flexibility exercises and shit until I'm able to do splits, wall splits, standing front fold and all that type of stuff, this is gonna get rid of any tension in the muscles so it doesn't become a problem later on cause you have to stretch while getting limb lengthening, I'll also make sure to fix any pelvic tilt issues
Anyway this should already give me 2-3 cm of height which is just revealing the natural height so then I'll be 177-178 and close to 180 in the morning, then I'll do a quadrilateral FITBONE internal nails limb lengthening surgery adding 7 cm to my femurs and 5.5 on my tibias, this should give me 12.5 cm of height making my total 190cm-192cm which is between 6'3 and 6'4, then I'll wear some Nike shoes with a thick sole to be about 1-1.5 inches taller, I'll also settle my hair in a way that adds an extra 3-4 cm
Functionally I'll be 6'6 at this point, so the proportions would be off, I already have a 6 ft wingspan, so I only need 6 inches to match it after that
Then I'd start with clavicle lengthening two inches total one inch each side, this should add two inches to the wingspan, then I can get humerus lengthening which will add 2 inches on each arm totaling 6 inches meaning my wingspan will be 6'6=proportionate to my height
Can I escape manlet hell like this ?
