lowkey been getting into diff meats, not on the carnivore diet grind but its fun, If you havnt tried some of these, I recommend u guys do
this is what i had so far suggest me more to try bhais
Kangaroo, i buy it as burgers. Elite macros. very yummy. This one i eat every single day
Crocodile, i tried this one in pies, tastes alot like chicken, big rougher. very white.
Venison/deer, bit of a pain to get in aus no supermarket has gotta go speicalty, but its pretty unique. Tastes rich and like earthy. yumm. got my foid (mother) to cook it in the slowcooker very good.
Emu, had this as steaks, on bbq. bit weird aftertaste. Really hard to find and super expensive. Cool but wouldnt go out of my way to get it
Rabbit, i went hunting in nz and shot this one myself. Kinda sweet, super tender. Just pan fried it. Pain in the ass to prepare. I like alot
Camel, had this at some ethic place, they had this yoghurt dip which kinda carried, tasted the same as beef to me.
Water buffalo, had this as meatballs. Was also just like lean beef, prob most boring of them all.
obv ate all the normal stuff too, goat, lamb, cow ect. duh.
