As part of my ascension plan I had to stop being a palecel (fitzpaterick 1), and get tanned. I also couldn't afford to stop my 20mg daily Accutane. Decided the fastest way, to do so was MT2. "Muh mt1 mogs enjoy skin cancer and never ending boners." pls spare me. Lack of a general consensus around whether it was safe to do both MT2 and Accutane, I decided to be the lab rat. So I did both concurrently. If you've been scared of the sides, scared of injecting, or just nervous in general here's my lab rat guinea pig experience.

I dosed according to the oldest published protocol from More Plates More Dates. I did not want a bronze tan, so I've stopped increasing at 150mcg. I'll be maintaining at 150mcg twice weekly, with decreased UV exposure.

MT2 gave me a glowing tan within 3 weeks of VERY slow titration, and it turned out great with little sides.

One of the first things you may notice, is my moles did darken even though everyone says if you start slow, titrate slow, and don't over-expose they will not darken. That was not my experience. I do not however have any new moles, and will be getting a full body check by a derm this week to verify the darkened moles are not pre-cancerous (you must do this)

How to tan:
In my opinion, tanning beds are the devil. I do not, and did not use them. I choose to tan in natural sunlight because it's a more balanced mix of UVA and UVB radiation, at a farther distance, and much more controlled, whereas tanning beds expose you to disproportionately high levels of UVA that penetrate deeper into the skin and accelerate photoaging. You can achieve the same result with natural sunlight, with 3x less damage. I wore a thick layer of SPF 50 on my face and neck, and tanned for roughly 10 min per day 3x weekly.

Sides (my experience):
Surprise erectionsNone
FlushingExperienced this for roughly an hour, 30 minutes after injecting. It only occurred the first time I up the dose. Was not accompanied by noticeably hot skin. If I didn't look in the mirror I would not have known I was flushing. Not worrysome at all, and to be expected. Redness extended as far down as the top of shoulders, neck included.
Nausea, vomitingNone
Muscle AchesNone
ShiversNone
Mole DarkeningDid notice (yes I know I UV exposed more than the guide says), keep an eye on them. I advise taking close up photos of every single mole on your body before dosing so you have a baseline.

Despite being on 20mg Accutane I do not have any lingering hyperpigmentation, or anything indicating I overdosed on UV. (not medical advice)

The results is a glowing tan, on top of almost clear skin.
