before surgery - phase 1 (✅ next to what i’ve done so far).
>tretnoin + hydroquinone - skincare routine ✅
>derma stamp lips with hylaronic acid ✅
>minidoxil on eyebrows ✅
> then salon to make brows straight
> dye brows and lashes ✅
> lash extensions
> contacts (have blue eyes , green/icy blue looks more striking however)
> hormone balancing at doctors ✅
> working out primarily glutes ✅
> push up bras ✅
Surgery - phase 2 (prep for surgery & actual surgery)
> get scans done + all that prior prep✅
> Lefort 1 + BSSO + genio
> jaws made symmetrical during surgery
> may need an expander
> BEFORE surgery need to contact some blackpilled mf that knows everything about bimax give them my ceph scans etc and then i’ll tell my surgeon to do what they say (only doing this because i don’t want a bluepilled surgeon having this function first aesthetic last mindset )
After surgery - phase 3
> lip filler -1.5ml
> botox to perhaps lower brows

Given that lip position changes after orthognathic surgery, recommending 1.5 ml of filler before the swelling subsides is both premature and unscientific.
botox to perhaps lower
It is not possible to permanently or controllably 'lower' eyebrow position with Botox moreover, eyebrow perception changes anyway after orthognathic surgery.

Orthognathic surgery
Requires bone, soft tissue, and facial expression harmony.

First 6 months The face does not reach its final form. Aesthetic interventions performed during this period may be based on incorrect references, may spoil the result, and may increase the risk of unnecessary intervention.
Suggesting cosmetic procedures before the face has settled into its final form after orthognathic surgery is hasty and risky.

ummm buddy who said i’m getting lip filler RIGHTTT after the surgery 😹 im obviously going to wait for the swelling of my double jaw + genio to relax and yes u can lower ur eyebrow position with botox by injecting botox into the frontalis muscle… don’t speak when ur uneducated

It's reasonable to wait for the swelling from double chin and genioplasty to subside, but the position and projection of the upper lip also change after LeFort I. Therefore, planning lip augmentation based solely on lower facial swelling is incomplete. Making volume decisions before soft tissue adaptation is complete is not advisable. Botox injected into the frontalis muscle can lower the eyebrow, but this isn't a controlled aesthetic procedure; it's a temporary effect achieved through muscle paralysis. Furthermore, since LeFort I surgery alters mid-face height and orbital perception, the eyebrow position is already perceived differently after the surgery. Therefore, planning to 'correct' the eyebrow position after orthognathic surgery with Botox is scientifically premature.

I'm not expressing a personal opinion I'm talking about the soft tissue adaptation period after orthognathic surgery.
