carnivore diet review:
i'm gonna change diets soon once school opens back, so i'll give my experience on everything (if you want to know any additional information feel free to ask)
what I noticed:
reduced appetite but in a good way, i'm a binge eater, but when eating stuff like raw eggs I didn't feel like snacking all day like I normally do
cravings, didn't desire stuff like soda or junk food like I normally did
mood, now honestly I didn't feel muh energetic or productive like most of these carnivores claim, but definitely felt more calm and was lower cortisol overall, also side note I did have terrible...
