my nose

im always pretty bloated around my face and especially nose. ((it’s because of all the goyslop i still consume.) and i’ve been thinking about using hydrocortisone 1% cream. i told this to a friend of mine & he told me locoid lipocream 0,1% would work as well. would it do the same job as a hydrocortisone cream or ?

it has hydrocortisone but the salt is butyrate. i have used the hcl version and this method works

yeah , you’re right, im trying to do that lol i’ll start going to the gym in 2 days & stopped the carbs all together for a little while . the thing is , whenever my nose isn’t bloated , it’s still bulbous and it makes my face unbalanced and weird

3-5 is too much you’ll get hella striae ur supposed to do 1-3 a day for 4 weeks

use it for 15 days straight, keep it for 15mins everyday then on occasions when you need de bloating
