Yesterday I watched this documentary by Goatis (suggested by @Whitepill) about the black pill, which basically shows how hard life can be for ugly people.
And I think there is no consensus on what the black pill really is, a clear concept.
He implied that it was not genetics that mattered most but epigenetics, basically he suggested that genetics was not what made a person attractive but rather their development, that is, their epigenetics.
He also suggested that the reason most people in the modern world were subhuman is because during our development we did not consume high nutritional density foods such as raw milk, raw meat, viscera and organs when we were adolescents and developing...
What caught my attention is that the typical CHAD at my school or the pretty and popular kids in my town, were well developed and I DON'T think they consumed raw milk, raw meat or dairy and yet they were well developed...
(and I think this is because fat-soluble vitamins are present in other foods as well)
such as eggs, meats in general (not necessarily raw) and dairy products (vitamin K2)
VITAMIN K2
Back then Dr. Price called it the X factor.
referring to the fact that there was a special nutrient in animal products (butter, cheeses, animal fat and raw meat) that caused these islanders to be well developed with a broad face and a wide palate.
I wanted to focus on this vitamin, since along with Vitamin A and D3 (getting LOTS OF SUN!!! along with consuming cholesterol and magnesium) they are the KEYS to our optimal development, among other factors.
Vitamin K2 is the most CRUCIAL fat-soluble vitamin in our developing years. High amounts of this vitamin will cause our growth plates to close much later, giving us more time to develop and grow!
PROTEIN OF ANIMAL ORIGIN
Animal protein is important because it contains a much more complete spectrum of amino acids, as it contains not only essential amino acids but also non-essential amino.
These are important for hormonal production (HGH, IGF-1, GABA etc.)
But what I never heard anyone mention is that our bones are mostly made of collagen.
If this collagen is composed mainly of non-essential amino acids such as glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, which are abundant in the animal's connective tissue, organs (not just muscle meat),
There is a special set of amino acids (which form collagen) that increase the development of our bones and the cartilage of the epiphyseal plates, and a particular set of foods that are rich in these amino acids.
A common misconception among people is that bones are composed primarily of calcium. Calcium makes up about 30% of bones, and collagen (depending on age) also makes up at least 30% of bones.
In addition, the epiphyseal plates (the scientific name for growth plates) are composed of 80% collagen, a fairly large proportion.
It's funny, because collagen is almost never mentioned to a toddler who wants to grow taller, they're almost always told "drink more milk, it has calcium and protein" (which is still good advice).
Collagen doesn't get the attention it deserves.
An abundance of collagen in the diet will lead to larger growth plates, which will eventually lead to further growth spurts that will continue into your twenties.
Bone broth is one of the best sources of collagen you can get in your diet, these people consumed it every day.
Alternatives to bone broth would be chicken foot broth, shark fin soup, or perhaps an easier alternative such as supplementing unflavored gelatin.
