Mine recommended lower jaw surgery, as my jaw was protruding (opposite to yours). Few months before I was supposed to schedule the surgery he looked at it and decided that if they’re gonna do it, it’d be worth doing both. Basically the upper jaw as well, because it wasn’t straight. Looks like yours isn’t straight as well. Depends on whether that is caused by the upper jaw as well. Could be worth looking into. I do have to say that it’s incredibly painful, but worth it if you really want and NEED it.
