i personally dont find orthotropics really useful and its mainly cope
most ppl mew on their own anyways u dont see a mf mouthbreathing like on the train or in day to day life
it has also never been scientifically proven and doesn't even directly affect ur jaw either it affects ur maxilla
closing ur mouth and not mouthbreathing is mainly jaw
i would go with orthodontics
