I just use duckduckgo if i have no other option but i’m not on the dark web or online that much in general i be hiking and simulating the hunt n shit

You can still access it with tor, so clearly not a device ban.
Just use a VPN and you'll be fine.

If you're on chrome, toggle Secure DNS on in browser settings. This'll bypass your local network settings (maybe). That's just a precaution, VPN on it's own should be fine.
