my parents favoritism is starting to irritate me

they've always liked my younger brother more than me, I've known that since forever and i don't really mind since he is honestly a better kid in terms of grades, achievements, whatever

but before they used to at least try and hide it, lately its becoming more and more blatant to the point i don't think they even care how i feel about it at all

i mean i don't care that they prefer him over me i just wish they'd at least put in the effort of not making it so obvious
