yah it sucks, if i had just done uber from 18-30, i'd have a big enough nest egg to buy a house n shiii. But, no I had to go to nursing school n shii and get fucked over in the damn hospitals/school. Now, I'm studying accounting. At this rate i won't be able to leave till like 36-38

yea, i feel for you man. It must suck living in the wrong country. But, you can still do it bro, it'll just take 5-10 years of shoveling your earnings into the s and p 500 VOO but eventually compounding will take off and you can ease off the gas pedal. Charlie Munger said it best, "the first 100k is a bitch!"
