Yeah it's normal, from 16-19 i experienced an increase in girth when i was 19. I never measured it because i never cared about my size but it was a noticeable visual difference. I always thought i was a dicklet jfl cause everyone in the boys locker room had a bulge but not me (but still i didnt care, idk why).
