My plan for lifting

Lose 50lb id be 180lb
Then focus on strength training and hypertrophy
That’s a great plan, make sure to still emphasize protein and some form of exercise when cutting!
sounds good, i quitted lifting After 5 days

Just my holidays and the fact that my Gym Is too Little for me, im bigger than the doors 🥀 it's incredibly trash. i'll probably start when i'll finish school or when i'll make some Money so i don't have to ask my parents
