I got my braces off and was just wearing retainers in the night, but my front tooth gap is stubborn so my ortho wanted me go back to fricken 24hr trays 
I tried for a bit then I gave up jfl, I got so frustrated with the whole thing that I don’t even wear my regular retainers at night now
