my right cheekbone is more prominent than the other

is it just a posture problem like the sphenoid or something
or the bone its just more developed
Bone structure can naturally differ from birth. Facial fat may not be the same on both sides. Lying on the same side may result in softer skin.
Sphenoid yes, it's possible, but it's rare.Generally, it is not the sole cause of a noticeable difference in cheekbones. CBCT (3D dental tomography) or cranial CT clearly visualizes bone structure for better diagnosis.
