my skins clear now bc of accutane but i still have dark spots what should i do

accutane saved me lwk but i still have some dark spots on my face hopefully u can tell (ignore the weird angles plz) and the doctor said its gonna take a rlly long time for them to go away but is there anything i can use to speed up the process? it looks worse in person idk why the camera doesnt pick up on it much. before vs after

cant see the dark spots but I think kojic acid would work, it did for me on the spots where it was dark or you could just fraud with makeup
