In general, I’ve noticed that most people spend their time under blue light. After I completely switched to warm yellow lighting, my dark circles with that purplish tint disappeared. The whites of my eyes became much clearer too no visible red capillaries.
With blue light, my eyes get tired very quickly. I think that strain might also contribute to a slight “hooded” look on the upper eyelid, because when the eyes are fatigued, the skin and muscles don’t hold tension the way they normally would.
Overall, I’ve only experienced benefits from switching to yellow light. I don’t know if I’ve discovered something groundbreaking - I just wanted to share what personally helped me. By the way, did you already know about this?
