In general, I’ve noticed that most people spend their time under blue light. After I completely switched to warm yellow lighting, my dark circles with that purplish tint disappeared. The whites of my eyes became much clearer too no visible red capillaries.

With blue light, my eyes get tired very quickly. I think that strain might also contribute to a slight “hooded” look on the upper eyelid, because when the eyes are fatigued, the skin and muscles don’t hold tension the way they normally would.

Overall, I’ve only experienced benefits from switching to yellow light. I don’t know if I’ve discovered something groundbreaking - I just wanted to share what personally helped me. By the way, did you already know about this?

Have you tried microneedling? Was going to see if I got any results on improving the under eye bags. Tried doing some preliminary research and haven't really found anything besides filler/surgery to correct it. Maybe laser? but thats $$

Just am worried about the needles being used so close to the eye. Will have to switch to single needle cartridge for some areas. Will be tedious but have to try it out.
