My thoughts on working after one week

So first of all I want to clarify that my job is pretty rough and boring. Therefore my impression might be biased.

I'm not made for that stuff. It's so dehumanizing in a way I can't stand it at all. My sense of freedom is way too strong.
The people at work are an interesting topic. Everyone is really nice to each other, which I think is a coping mechanism to make the daily torture somewhat enjoyable.

Something that irritates me the most assing young woman doing this. No woman in their twenties shit be working until 10:00 p.m. for some giant cooperation.

The goal is definitely to do something independently so I can life the way I want to live it. Work should be enjoyable. I have a pretty traditional mindset but something I can't agree with is the the blinds following of work culture. I don't plan on wasting a fourth of my life doing something I don't enjoy. I'm sure I can make just as much money another way.

is your job rough physically or mentally? can I ask what field it is?
