Most of them are supposed to last three months then I have to get another ones.
I will start tomorrow my lean maxxing journey.
I will consume as fruits bananas(potassium) and green apples(because I love them and they are cheap), but sadly I will have to eat the dinner prepared by mom who uses oil.
Another issue is the weekend because my parents are the whole day at home. I can somehow skip breakfast but not lunch which is unhealthy too. My parents will be very happy to hear I won't consume sugar anymore but they will still force me to eat mum's food.
Another issue is when I will get back to uni: mom cooks unhealthy food for me because she thinks that if I buy myself food, it will be worse for me financially. Sadly they don't understand looksmaxxing and say that I am pretty, but unkept.
Any advice how can I solve this issue with them? I don't want to throw out the food made by mom because it seems quite heartbreaking.
I will use my phone less. I have a theory that because of my sight issues, using so much my phone makes my eyes tired.
I already sleep enough and drink water as an only drink. I am fairly active too.
My main issue will be the sugar because it creates happiness for me.
I know I am already too old to looksmax but I will try. I hope at least I will get rid of the bloat and of the bumps under my jaw.
Even tho y'all said I have bad skin, I personally think it is quite decent for a sugar addict.
