My vitamins and collaged have arrived.

Most of them are supposed to last three months then I have to get another ones.
I will start tomorrow my lean maxxing journey.
I will consume as fruits bananas(potassium) and green apples(because I love them and they are cheap), but sadly I will have to eat the dinner prepared by mom who uses oil.
Another issue is the weekend because my parents are the whole day at home. I can somehow skip breakfast but not lunch which is unhealthy too. My parents will be very happy to hear I won't consume sugar anymore but they will still force me to eat mum's food.
Another issue is when I will get back to uni: mom cooks unhealthy food for me because she thinks that if I buy myself food, it will be worse for me financially. Sadly they don't understand looksmaxxing and say that I am pretty, but unkept.
Any advice how can I solve this issue with them? I don't want to throw out the food made by mom because it seems quite heartbreaking.

I will use my phone less. I have a theory that because of my sight issues, using so much my phone makes my eyes tired.
I already sleep enough and drink water as an only drink. I am fairly active too.
My main issue will be the sugar because it creates happiness for me.
I know I am already too old to looksmax but I will try. I hope at least I will get rid of the bloat and of the bumps under my jaw.
Even tho y'all said I have bad skin, I personally think it is quite decent for a sugar addict.
 
Will post an evolution after three months of use. I know the first results are visible after like a year but who knows...other advice is welcomed too!

I’ve stopped eating my mom’s food almost entirely. She cooks super high calorie and unhealthy foods. I would have to work my ass off in the gym with cardio to burn it all off. And it bloats me too.
 
about the mom issue tell her you’re a grown up and u can make ur own food i guess
She doesn't trust me...she thinks I will buy just sugar😅 or says that I will starve myself🤣
Miss momma all the models are even more underweight than me in their prime. She knows damn well i am naturally thin anyways yet still rants.
I will try to talk to her...she puts so much effort while she shouldn't.

What my mom cooks for uni: different kinds of soups like veggie soup and chicken soup, mashed potatoes, rice based foods, different kinds of chicken meat(but she uses oil to cook them), schnitzel and stuff like that. I will try to talk to her again and promise her I won t starve if I cook myself and that sugar is over.
Her foods aren t very oily, but oil is still bad for debloat.
I naturally don't drink juices and neither eat pure bread, fats, chips, jelly stuff and so on. My issues are sweet pastries, pizza and chocolate based stuff. The worst issue is that they make feel a bit of happiness.

It says 2 a day for calcium and 1 a day for iron.
I think they mean it daily but will take your advice as they will last longer

Most vitamins are sadly cope, the only ones worth using are vitamins which you have a deficiency in and omega3/magnesium glycerate for better sleep quality

I already sleep well. Honestly I think I have deficiency in all vitamins. No way my eating habits gave me enough of tgem

Lmfao probs not actually. Take a bloodwork test that helped me arleast, showed I had a major deficiency in B12 so I started taking supps for that. Most people dont have any deficiencies even with bad dietary choices unless you eat like rlly bad.

i have rlly thin fine hair aswell, but im a guy so its even worde for me cuz I canr style it, you can just wear it long no? Also no supps will change hair quality

nah trust, I was sort of being wrong with how I worded my hair type its sort of like very thick but like short strands so its kinda cucked i dont know how to word it sorry. but its really bad to style

nah I can grow it, my hair is just really weird as in it doesnt follow a general direction and is very VERY straight and thick, so basically whenever I use a product it just falls on my head and doesnt move at all which causes me to not be able to style it at all so my hair is just always a major failo on my face. because the strands are too thick so if i add powder/sea salt srpay etc etc onto htat it just weighs it down so it cant move and so it doesnt really do anything besides keep my hair in place sort of. growing it makes it even more unstyleable but I also have a weird face shape so if I dont grow it and decide to clean shave like the sides I look cucked aswell. basically thick straight hair is death tier
