Idk to what extent but chalk has calcium carbonate which is pretty much absorbed the same as another food/drink that contains calcium (such as milk) but you also need to take it in moderation, since it naturalizes stomach acid which is needed for Ur stomach I think. Ofc u also need vit K2+d3 to actually absorb and send to bones. (Btwww idk if any of this is true I learnt it in science class ages ago and I don't want to do research so correct me if I'm wrong it's not my faulttt
