The worst part of this thread is that you recommend avoiding carbs like it’s gonna help a lot. Your thyroid will decrease and also your IGF-1 bioavalibility which is counteracting the musclemaxxing part of the thread. Yeah I dislike this only the micro nurtient and supplement part is good.
