Nauseous when I tilt my head back

It’s so weird and uncomfortable

I was rinsing out my shampoo in the shower and boom almost puked

Didnt make the connection and did it again and same thing happened

Hopefully this doesn’t mean I’m gonna die

Yeah earlier today usually I don’t have a ton of trouble with light headedness but also I have low iron so maybe it’s just both at the same time

I had the same thing even to the point of fainting and did many tests and everything was normal it just went away on its own later

I’m getting kidney/liver bloods done in a month so hopefully I can get my gp to order extra labs for deficiencies or anything else helpful
