I've become so ND to the point of no return. In my free time all I do is go to the gym and go to my job. I think I've only been with a friend in my free time 3 times since after summer break I'm so doomed

You have to break the cycle brother. The reason you're becoming more ND is probably cause ur spending too much time on the internet. You want to not have to rot, you can achieve this by creating a life that is more interesting outside than it is inside. I've been through the cycle brother you either have to accept being a rotter or you have to try and make the best of your social life.
