IIRC, there was research done saying that although you won't necessarily be able to pull sagging neck up fully without surgery, exercises would help to tighten the skin. Also, with the use of collage, and hyaluronic acid to provide skin elasticity.

Yes, saw it was more aesthetic. I have a large head, and I am 6'2" so it makes sense (although it is larger than average at this height) but my neck is very very small. I also want strong neck for combat sports, etc.
