https://reemusboxing.com/neck-training/ morning gang! naturally was a scrawny kid. Trust me, this will help alot even for you stickcels. I highly recommend if you're new, it it very slow. Start with basic neck curls with only small tension. Do it maybe once a week, just to get the feel of it. But don't neglect the neck, it will frame everything. And it will also help you sustain damage if you're ever getting hit the neck is what keeps your head in place and stops the brain from bouncing to the back of the skull from whiplash. Similarly too wide of a neck can stop you from having good mobility so find finding your own personal optimum is best. Very sus sounding post mb.

Any improvement in ur jaw from neck training btw? Have heard there are some positive correlations

Not for me personally, I've always had a pretty define face even as a kid. I will say naturally it will help the jaw 'look' even more defined and lean in comparison on top of a wide neck. The best advice is just get lean in a healthy way to see true potential.

In sparring there are tangible differences tho. When I get hit on the chin it doesn't hurt as much believe it or not because what hurts most isn't the initial impact but the whiplash
