I’ve got a great physique and and a big head so I look like a fucking bobble head in pics.

Ik I’m just being impatient but fuck, it’s taking too long… how long did it take some of you to build a good neck?

Just like forearms and side delts, it is small muscles who recover faster than other bodyparts, you should hit them 3x week, lower weight but high reps close to failure

When i was training for wrestling/MMA neck was trained only for strength (so low reps but isometrics heavy weight) and protecting the head from concussions, didn't see any hypertrophy tho

Didn’t know you did MMA, that’s pretty cool

I made the wrong approach to neck then, since I would train it after every workout as the last part of my workout.

I’ll try training it less and using less weight.

Thanks bro
