Neck posture and mewing

Ik thumbpulling is cope but i was wondering if neck posture+mewing will make any difference in my maxilla, i tried correct neck posture while walking around for an hour and i kinda feel it in my nose/maxilla area lmk

i swear i mewed when i was like 13-14 and it slightly upswung my maxilla. I was definitely atleast a bit downward grown back then now im not downward grown at all with an ideal mpa and gonial angle

it hurts cause i do everything before going to sleep and the next day i sit all day like a shrimp but ill stay positive
