(Pls ignore the goofy looking contacts, this was a couple days ago)

Not saying I’m anywhere near Archie level, ik I’m not. But this pic showed me how much a thicker neck would ascend me. Roids are calling me rn like a Green Goblin Mask

Could be a lot of factors, but neck is like forearms and side delts, it can be trained 2 to 3 times per week through a lot of variations. Moderate weight tons of reps/sets.

Also if you're cutting you'll not build new muscles, so up the calories
