Necktraining with forward head posture

Soo i am training my neck to get a bigger neck. Usually i do both exercises as in this nice painting here:

It came to my attention, that one of these exercises is not good for my forward head posture. I am not quite sure which one. My guess is the first one is the better exercise to train to get less forward head posture because the muscles at the front neck can suport the neck, but i am not quite sure, so i am asking you. Sorry for my bad english!
