Serious Need a guide on how to actually start eating healthy

My diet rn is just junk food, coke and some other garbage
I eat 2-3 lays chips per day
And I drink atleast 2 cokes everyday
While also eating cereal and Nutella bread
I'm 73 kgs and 5'10
Everyday I tell myself I'm gonna stop tomorrow, and tomorrow I tell myself I'm gonna stop the day after
And no matter how much I try to force it I can't do it
How do I magically get the discipline boyos, need actual help
I've had a shit diet for years atp and I also need a guide on what to eat
 
The most crucial meal is breakfast get a good cereal. You don't have to eat entirely healthily, but avoiding certain foods like Nutella helps. For lunch, have something simple like fruit, tuna in a salad, or a snack, and for dinner, have something simple like stir-fried chicken or salmon and freeze it. Sounds complicated but it’s helpful to everyday people
 
Man what the hell how do you manage to eat that without getting disgusted by the amount of salt
I never got used to junto food so I don't know, but I think you could try by adding one good quality food per day every week? It would take you a month then to have all good meals to be used to it

Salt is extremely toxic cut it out the grains are also bad for u. Coke contains toxic chemicals as well

Cut the cereal and Nutella both are terrible and have no nutritional benefit

Find a healthy food you genuinely like and try to incorporate it into your meals, for example if u like eggs replace the nutella bread with egg toast

Eat more meats and Whole Foods, they make you more full and look up a guide on YouTube, if your financially unfortunate, there are guides for that too
 
1. Stop buying those foods
2. Understand cutting out a source of dopamine isnt going to be easy
3. start the gym obviously you fat fuck
4. see your mental clarity improve after only a month of sacrafice
5. understand you have all of humanities knowledge at the press of a button, use it

It's not that simple. Good nutritious food generally costs more money than goyslop and vegslop

Oranges aren't natural and you use the naturalistic fallacy. If he is going to consume oranges he should have organic ones. He should realistically drink the eggs for the yolk's nutrients and only use the orange juice if he is in desperate need of a source of hydration as it is technically hydrating. Since he goes to the gym actually he may also need orange juice's exogenous vitamin c to combat free radicals. If he cut the gym and had better ways to hydrate via raw animal foods he wouldn't need the oj

Throw it out and buy healthier alternatives
Get chips that r baked or use avocado oil
Pretty sure theres some healthier or sugarfree chocolate spread u can prob make ur own even
I struggled w soda too but it fucks up my skin so I started drinking this soda called zevia which is literally just carbonated water and stevia as sweetner
If u dc abt calories eating healthy is easy asf
