Need a new workout routine, recommendations?

My old routine isn't as effective and I've lost drive to do it.

I'm 18, male, been working out semi-consistently over the past 2 years. But I need to refocus. I lost so much drive just being stagnant and I need to find the same enthusiasm to work out and self improve that I used to have.

I'm not impatient to get results I just need to make sure my routine evolves with me as I progress. My goal physique is Lucas Karger's 1737151657610.png

But yes I need to focus on hitting those muscles that accentuate masculine aesthetics. Im not afraid to hop on roids. I do own protein powder and creatine.
I also need daily diet tips cuz I need to figure out how to meet my protein goals and also still intermittent fast to lose some fat.

Train everything until failure, go hard, remember to rest and hop on test after some time if you want.
