I am currently taking medication for my acne and im going to the gym everyday from 8-12 and I am in a calorie deficit. Please help me with advice

keep doin what ur doin ur on the right track
nose is a bit large but the bloat and acne is playing into that, i wouldn't worry about it too much until ur older
dye and thicken brows/lashes and just softmaxx for now
the only hardmaxxing i'd recommend is anything to do with mandibular expansion but u gotta debloat the cheeks first to really see if anything like that is needed

there should be threads in the must-read, on the site there are many either way
- ratio potassium and sodium 2:1 (nanner spam lol)
- cut down on sugars/processed foods/inflammatory foods
- lower cortisol (sleep well, lessen stress, find supplements that help like magnesium)
- eat fermented shit (improve gut health)

and basically yeah

Debloat is mostly cope its mainly weightloss that will make ur bones appear more, keep doing what ur doing bro. You have a great eye area
