Hello guys,


I’m looking for serious diet advice to lose weight, get leaner, and improve my face aesthetics (less bloating, sharper jawline/cheekbones).


Main goals: fat loss + clearer skin (acne reduction).



⚠️ Dietary constraints:

  • ❌ No pork
  • ✅ Allowed meats: chicken, beef, veal, etc.
  • ❌ I don’t mix meat and dairy in the same meal
  • ✅ Dairy is fine in separate non-meat meals


📌 About me:
  • I want a realistic and sustainable diet (not extreme or unsafe)
  • I train / stay active
  • I’m willing to track calories if needed
  • Priorities: fat loss, less water retention, better skin quality

🙏 What I’m looking for:
  • Clear diet structure (what to eat / avoid)
  • Foods that help with acne & inflammation
  • Advice on sodium, water intake, sugar, dairy
  • Meal timing if relevant

Caloric deficit, track your calories with an app. Avoid processed slop and make meat, eggs, dairy products, legumes, vegetables, cereals (oats, wheat, rice). Try to reduce as much as possible foods like chips that contain tons of salt, consume around 2 liters of water, don't eat much sugar. Meal timing won't do much, split 2-3 meals across the day like you like.
 
Solution
Tbh do at least 30 minutes of 15 incline at 3-2.5 mph cardio each day and reduce your calories by 300-400. Aim for 1.6 g of protein per kilogram of body weight and lower your carbohydrate intake a bit, but still use carbs as an energy source for your workouts, and you’ll be fine.

And for the acne part just try and stay away from fast food and overall seed oils
