Serious Need Head Hair/Facial Hair Advice

I genuinely have no idea what to do with my hair. It's getting to the point where it naturally flows over my eyes and is very distracting in my day-to-day life. I need a haircut but every time I've gone to my barber, although he is very skilled and always does a good job I feel like I need to be more explicit with my requests. I just need some recommendations. Please, if possible, attach reference images; that way, I can show it to my barber.

Also, should I keep the 'moustache' or just shave it? I'm not sure if I look better with or without it.

also if thats the thinnest your mustache is gonna get shave it but if you can grow it a lil more dense idk how that works
