Serious Need help/advice

I'm in dire need of a job and was planning to work at McDonald's because its so close and I can walk there. The only problem is I need a bank account to be able to do so and My parents hate me so I don't think they will help me open one and I'm 16 so I don't know what to do. Can someone give me some advice

Ask them
If they are worried about giving you financial independence, you can just have the account opened under their name instead so they can see your purchases as a compromise
