  • Whole Milk
  • Peanut Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Eggs
  • Rice & Beans
  • Ground Beef / Chicken Thighs
  • Liquid Calories: Blending your calories is the easiest way to eat more without feeling too full.
Example shake: 1 banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 scoop protein, 1 cup milk, honey, oats = 800 calories.
  • Eat More Frequently: 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones can make it easier to eat more.
  • Never Eat Plain Foods: Add cheese, olive oil, sauces, and seasonings to make food taste better and easier to eat in bulk.
  • And eat ass

I hate processed food so I will just stick to meat, eggs etc.
You still need carbs and fats to gain weight & muscle mass
