I'm 145 pounds at 6'1" (56 kg at 185 cm for normal people). David just fucking eat more. I know, but does anyone have tips and tricks to make it easier to hit my calories? Plus, I can't spend $40 a day on food. I definitely don't want to dirty bulk I want to stay lean and gain about 10-15 kg. I will be happy to get any help from yall
