You've to surgery maxx if your nose fat is too much bad . But hey males can rock noses of almost any type . For example David Gandy he is a psl God but has a large nose . And I'd suggest you to chadmaxx instead of prettyboy maxxing .

Try neck exercises. And grow your shoulders and clavicle . BTW you have some Chad. Like features .

Do lateral raises at 45 degree from the side .
3 sets . 15 reps (or till muscle failure )
