Next tine i go to the dentist im gonna try to come up with something so i can get a palate expander, any suggestions?

I'm not 100% sure on this, but if you push your tongue against the roof of your mouth and it fits snugly, you're fine.
The better way to gauge it is to see how many teeth are visible when you smile.
Look up buccal corridors if you want to learn more about it.

just drink 2 oz sunflower oil a day, oils up the fascia allowing for palatial expansion
