Discussion Need help with weight loss plateau

For the past like 9-12 days, my weight has somehow gone UP. I took advice from @quepasta and @Wilk to up the calories, so I did from around 1400 to 1750 and this is when my weight loss started plateauing. Any idea why? Should I keep trusting the proccess? Please help
Its a known fact if you dont eat calories you will not gain weight. Try frequent fasting. i used to be bigger as well, so just lift weights and maintain your current calorie intake but also fast for a day or two however frequently youd like. I have to constantly lose weight for wrestling so it sucks but damn does it work. Got me from chubby to where people ask me how to be built like me, works very well. Hope this helps
