grow your hair out down to lower shoulder/armpit level- blonde washes you out a balayage would be much better

looking for an honest rating and tips (like what I could do with my hair, etc...)Also any advice on how to make my shoulders look less broad? Tysm!!

i probably cant rate u accurately cs im a grey and a newcel but growing out ur hair and getting layers would suit u + grow out ur lashes using lash serums and curl them, maybe use minoxidil on eyebrows or even castor oil
