Need jaw surgery for failed shit braces that pushed whole maxilla 20 light years upward

Need to know if maxilla can be downgrafted 30 mm with proper implants, after shit orthodontist had pushed it up and back. Bite function is messed up, cant eat, cant sleep, tmj pain and looks are fucked. Look like an old lady or drug addict. No posts about mewing and shit, doesnt work with me, dont bother, just give me info abt length of downgrafting and good reliable surgeons, who dont have a whole streak of lawsuits against them or work with very questionable techniques.

(Don’t know of any specific good surgeons I’m afraid, majority of them are good in first world countries but you will have to pay a handsome price, only heard horror stories about going abroad to get surgery so that it isn’t worth it.)

just regular ones but the orthodontist turned out to not only have a questionable background licence , they also didnt provide a good brace plan, when I asked about it they only gave a sheet with the dates on which braces would be applied when, not what exactly would be done with my teeth. They were really vague about it. I've asked the brace plan, to be able to view it, but they were really weird and vague about it and wouldnt give it to me.

U need to push forward ur maxilla and maybe sarpe . if u have tmj ur face muscles may be breaking so u can try get midface implants too. Maxilla implants are unlikely theres too many nerve endings for a safe chance at fillers or implant

Yeah my assessment was that I need at least to have lefort 1 forward push. The problem lies with the downgraft, I've come across examples of maxilla implants for pp who lost their maxilla bc of cancer or something like that. It sometimes is applied to pp who have too short faces. I hope I can find someone who can do a procedure like that. Apparently downgrafting doesnt impact nerves as much as u would think, I was suprised to read that. I hope I can do with the 3d implants, I dont want some bone taken out of my body somewhere else just to fill up the maxilla.
