Hi, I am 17, 6 foot 1 and I have an incredibly recessed jaw and my head is way too small for my body. I also have a lot of eye area issues and my bones seem to be underdeveloped in the face not sure why.

Your jawline is pretty good I would just recommend loosing face fat and your eye area is also fine,

For your eyes I recommend hydrating under your eyes and using ice etc to get rid of eye bags. Your eye shape is perfect

Lip balm and vaseline help will help with your lips

And I recommend using a moisturizer for your face.

Acne: best solution that helped me so much is cleansers and ice. Your front and side profile aren’t as bad as you think they are and you can only do certain things with surgeries. Also keep the hair in-front of ur forehead long dont go super short!

Yeah that's my plan for the summer before college, how much should I bulk to? Thank you for the help.
 
Alright thank you so much. I'll probably start icing everyday and using some kinda moisturizer.
Anytime I would look into skincare products that are best for your skin, icing is fairly effective and it works on various skin types but its better if you find products best for your skin !
 
Im just giving him a quick and easy answer since i dont want to recommend him a product and it severely breaks him out, also not everyone wants to go to a dermatologist or as the time for it
It doesnt matter what they want it’s the facts. Rubbing ice on your face isn’t gonna clear ur acne or remove acne scars.

Its not gonna remove acne scars or permanently remove acne you need skincare products. But ice is a very effective way to help clear you skin literally go look at peoples results with it

And the people who ice their face always use it in conjunction with a solid skincare routine and usually don’t get acne naturally. What do u think makes their skin clear😂

Thats literally why i told him to use cleansers and get into a skincare routine i didnt just tell him to rub solid ice on his face. Its a good way to clean ur face though and helps with redness, its not entirely effective and just putting that on ur face isnt going to help but its easy and theres a lot of benefits from it

Would help drying out the acne which would help him get rid of acne faster (obv need to use a skin care prod too though with it)
All it does is reduce inflammation not dry out acne. You’ll still have the acne

I would wet my skin, apply a drop to my hand, rub/lather it on my face, wait 15 minutes (at the time I would race chocobos in Final Fantasy 7, 4 full length races then back to the save point is 15 minutes), then exfoliate with a scrub brush and rinse it off.

I notice from the door that you are about 5'5", I recommend you acquire a 3 month supply of HGH peptides to inject into your legs to get a couple more inches. Aromasin might help gain another inch, but it could cause adrenal insufficiency iirc so mind the risks. HCG could aid in masculinizing your jawline, shoulders, and musculature.

Saying someone has their “work cut out for them” because they can’t put on 30 pounds of completely lean muscle is definitely questionable. Also, he states in his post that he is 6’1 (top 10% globally), making him much less scrawny and small compared to being 5’5.

I can’t speak for Ceteres but I want to change the way I look and act to become a more high value man and to gain confidence. There are many misguided people who think that looking good so they can get laid will make them feel good about themselves or confident in who they are. In my experience, the only way to gain true value in oneself is to be a high value individual who has purpose in what they do (I find mine in religion).

I am relatively new to looksmaxxing so I can’t really provide much help with your issue besides recommending taking a lean bulk. This is really common knowledge, but to lean bulk you need to be eating more calories than you burn as well as eating as much protein as possible (ideally strive for 1.5 grams per pound of muscle) and lifting consistently. It is impossible to put on muscle perfectly without also adding fat when bulking, but since you seem relatively lean, excess body fat when bulking shouldn’t be a problem unless you aren’t getting enough protein or lifting enough. Protein powder is helpful as well as creatine, but remember to drink plenty of water with each of these. Protein powder is notoriously dry even when takin in liquid form and creatine causes your muscles to retain more water. Creatine helps your muscles to grow and recover, but can also cause cramps and dehydration if you don’t continue drinking lots of water.

I would recommend buying one of those full day jugs with all the lines on it for the times you should be done with however much water.

As a last point, make sure to utilize your anabolic window. Your body can’t digest large amounts of protein together at one time, and excess will be excreted as waste. For example, if you ate one meal with 200 grams of protein and then ate candy for the rest of the day, you wouldn’t have the same effects as eating 3 meals with 40 grams of protein each and 2 shakes with 40 grams of protein each in between.

That just isn’t something I could ever see myself doing, and I wanted to reach out in case he is the same way and feels intimidated or pressured to do something he’s not comfortable with. Obviously, I have no idea whether or not he would use those methods or not. I just wanted to reach out and help if he didn’t.

Good point, on actually reading the OP instead of just the title (and looking at the stairs in the bathroom leading up to the doorway - nice midnight deathtrap bathroom, btw), OP is clearly about 7+ inches taller than I surmised by looking at the door. That is a great height to be.

In that case HGH peptides are probably not a good idea unless he has a soft tissue or joint injury to heal. HCG (or peptide analogs) could help a bit along with a bit of aromasin for additional masculinization of his frame and jaw. I wouldn't do that for more than 3 months though. I've done a lot of experimenting with BPC-157.

He's still young, his jaw could still grow a bit. Try chewing gum for 20 minutes after each meal, and before bed. Don't do it too much or you'll inflame your mandible joint, which is a huge pain in the... face (and which I cured by injecting BPC-157 into that joint, and then not chewing gum for a year lol).

The door is higher because there is a stair underneath it I'm 6 foot 1. But yeah I got a lot of work to do.

Indian, but I'm actually not sure why my forehead is so angled might get surgery for that.

I don't think there is a surgery for that, as you'd have to cut into the brain case or sinuses and move like 1/5 of the top of your skull forward.

It's not bad looking, it's just a distinct racial/ethnic phenotype tell. I should not have guessed you are semitic though, because you lack the attached earlobes that are the last tell of that group (along with the sloping brow and nose). I did see quite a few lads who looked almost exactly like you in Afghanistan though, with a few unfortunates having a local warlord duel over them.

Your eyes are really quite good looking, you just need some muscle.

Nah guessing race in my case is hard I look somewhat ambiguous, but I've actually made it up to 145 lbs and fixed quite a bit in just a few weeks maybe you could rate me now, and tell me how to improve further

Don't worry about looks right now, just worry about getting the numbers on your lifts to go up and following your diet. What is your fitness routine btw?

If you are Hindu and therefore a vegetarian, it can be quite hard to get sufficient collagen. Can you eat razor clams? They are very high in collagen, and unlike most bivalves they don't filter feed toxins from the environment. If not then perhaps you can get an exception somehow to consume collagen, as this will help your bone growth too.

Nah I'm atheist cause my dad's not Hindu either, I eat alot of meat it's something I can't live without actually. I'll look into the class thanks for all the advice. My fitness routine currently just involves playing tennis, push-ups and squats and then hitting the gym.

No, I'm a Racist, and a former anime avatar twitter shitposter. Racism is my passion, and to be better at it I must understand cultures to be more accurate and precise in my racism. I plan to learn Spanish soon so I can afflict their nations when I retire, and for employment opportunities.

Also I was an infantry marine. I can tell the difference between a Pashtun, Hazara, and Tajik because I spent a lot of time north of Kabul exchanging small arms fire with them. Mostly Pashtuns, but occasionally a Hazara would shoot up an ANA tent as revenge for homosexual r**e.

I never got a chance to observe Kurds on Thursdays because I never deployed to Iraq, but I heard stories from senior marines.

My advice for lifiting is to just get a Planet Fitness membership and go there to use the machines. You're less likely to injure yourself.

There's no point in training chest, you will get a much better return on your investment by training shoulders instead. Same with training quads - big quads just make you look goofy.

That said, upper back, lower back, arms, hamstrings, traps, and cardio are very important too. Both for aesthetics and practical things like picking up your girly to make her feel feminine. So train everything but chest and quads for hypertrophy, and do cardio plus your sport of tennis.
