Yeah idk. Just do low progressions
500g-2kg Every workout, but idk how it works in powerlifting since u work with more reps in reserve

I wanna bench 160 kg at the start of the next year my pr now is 145 kg. I’m bulking already maybe I’ll do 150 in the next 2 months. Is it even possible without roids or being really high bf to bench 160 ?

@NewFuckingDay @AuggyDauggy @Mandy? @BlendedBlade🧿
Yeah, it's possible. If you're already bulking and adding weight, you could hit 160kg with proper programming, eating enough, and consistency. Just focus on progressive overload, get your sleep and recovery on point, and don’t rush it. It’ll take time, but 160 is doable.

I’m already like 17-18% bf rn gained some weight and started to progress again after the summer , I was really shredded at the start of the summer so I lost some power
Yeah brutal. bros gonna be the Michelin man if he gains 10kg lmao

I guess slowly progress to 160. I think it’s doable as a one rep max

I wanna hit 180kg while being natty so bad
I remember seeing this vid in 2022 and I was like wtf it will be like a dream come true tbh

The force production required to progress 1 rep is 2/3% of necessary force
See how many reps u have in reserve. If its 4
u can probably progress 12%
u can probably add 16 to 20 kg
I recommend adding 10kg, especially since that would be ur RM
I’ve been training for 7 years now bud , it gets harder to progress with time like really hard
Try to make 1% progress, using Jordan Peters calculation

ofc, this will depend on how many reps u leave in reserve
McDonald'smaxx and watch Ronnie Coleman videos.
Gay. Blood and guts mogs

That guy is really built different, insanely strong tbh
asf, I recommend u watch his videos. His training isnt even focused on powerlifting
His calculations help me a lot with progressions. I'll probably switch to powerlifting in a few months
get stronger
yeah, but powerlifting involves adapting to weight
So he needs idk, to reach 160 letting 3+ RIR
If it makes a difference, run away from the sport
But he probably can

I bench 120-130kg for regular reps (6-8) and I don’t have really a answer on how increase strength because I just increased my weight a bit more per week once I felt it was less stressing.
