I'm going from 107 to ideally clean bulk 125-130 range when I'm able to get groceries again at 5'3 thank you for the luck well see if I'm able to follow through tbh 😂

Yeah, strength is linked to hypertrophy. The only difference between this and a powerlifter training is that they seek adaptation, not progression.
If u still have 1 year of training, u dont need to worry abt crazy techniques.
 
Tbh the diet and lower calories is carrying me soley for now but I need some traing routine
Proably worth to look one up and stay whit it for a couple months until I become stronger tbj
